Zilara Members: Important Personal Ordering Reminder
When placing your own personal Zilara order, make sure you select the correct option from your Back Office.
DO NOT select “Place a New Customer Order” for your personal purchase. That option is intended for placing an order for a new customer. Using it for yourself could result in creating a duplicate customer account.
For your personal order, select “Purchase Products” from your Back Office menu.
Simple rule to remember:
Your order = Purchase Products
New customer’s order = Place a New Customer Order
Taking a few extra seconds to choose the correct option can help keep your account and orders connected properly.
